Guest Services Greeter
|
Volunteers meet and greet visitors, patients and families. They provide directions, and route phone calls. Guest Services greeters also assist with flower and mail deliveries for our patients.

Surgery Information Desk
|
Provide a warm welcome to patients and families;
Register families; assemble packets; facilitate information between families and staff; lend necessary assistance to staff. |

Auxiliary Gift Shop
|
Volunteers help with sales, and stocking the shelves.
They also help with purchases of helium balloons, candy, and cards. All proceeds are donated to the hospital.

Office Support
|
Volunteers assist our staff in various offices throughout the hospital, with a variety of projects on a routine and "as needed" basis. |

|
Volunteers assist staff in many ways;
Answering call lights, delivering meal trays, reading to patients, running errands, |

Carillon Wellness Center
|
Volunteers assist in Doctor’s offices, and the Wellness Center in the Carillon Office Park. |

Pastoral Care Dept.
|
Volunteers who have completed a training course provided by the Pastoral Care Department provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families |

Skilled Nursing Unit
|
Arts and Crafts Therapy, Music Therapy, Therapeutic Pet visits are provide to patients who may be in the hospital for 20 – 90 days

Seven days a week

Therapeutic Clowns
|
Volunteers who complete a 5 week course provided by the hospital, make "Clown Rounds" to provide cheer to both patients, families and staff.

Sunshine Team
|
Volunteers welcome newly admitted patients to the hospital on behalf of Administration. Each new patient is given a pen and notepad. |
