Group Fitness Classes

It's more fun in a group!  Studies show marked improvement in overall health from people who exercise together. We offer group classes seven days a week - more than 50 classes in all - each led by a certified Group Fitness Instructor. Our classes include:

Class Descriptions
The Group Fitness classes are designed for ALL LEVELS unless otherwise indicated.

Basic Pilates

Entry-level class designed to introduce the Pilates Method. You’ll work deep into your body’s core (abs and back) for efficient and graceful movement, improved alignment, and increased body awareness. BEGINNER


A fun, energetic and challenging workout targeting multiple areas of fitness including cardio, strength, agility, power and balance training. 

Gentle Yoga

Discover the benefits of yoga with this entry-level experience. This class focuses on breath awareness, postural alignment, and body-mind connection using rhythmic breath and movement; leaving you feeling refreshed and stress free. BEGINNER


INSANITY® classes utilize Max Interval Training - bouts of high intensity athletic drills punctuated with rest intervals. Find your inner athlete and work on these important areas of physical fitness: plyometrics, endurance, strength, balance, agility and coordination.  

Intermediate Pilates

Expand your Pilates work with this class designed for the continuing Pilates student - participants with a basic working knowledge of the mat exercises. INTERMEDIATE

 Intermediate Yoga

This practice of yoga brings more challenging poses into the repertoire, while still focusing on health, well-being, flexibility and strength. INTERMEDIATE

Interval Training

This high-intensity class can be modified for all members and is designed to challenge your body through timed speed, cardio, strength and agility drills.  


Get rid of some stress and tone up at the same time! We’ve got the targets, bags and motivated instructors to develop your skills and work you out!


This class is designed to develop strength and flexibility, improve posture and alignment, and improve body awareness and control.

 Pilates with Barre Necessities

This fusion class build on Pilates principles, applying them to basic barre exercises and stretching.

PiYo Strength™

PiYo™ is a unique fast flow fusion class designed to build strength and gain flexibility. This class combines familiar Yoga poses, body weight strength training, dynamic balance, and up tempo music.  


CLASSIC [Formally Muscular Strength & Range of Movement (MSROM) Class] is a Healthways core class and is performed from a seated and/or standing position. The class is customized to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance, coordination and improve participants’ functional capacities, physical fitness level and sense of well-being.


The Spinning® program is the global leader in indoor cycling, blending cycling techniques, sound training principles and expert coaching that energizes, challenges and inspires.

Starting Out Strong

A special exercise experience designed for beginners or active seniors. This is a comprehensive class that focuses on developing balance, coordination, strength and flexibility, and cardiovascular capacity.

Total Body Toning

Use a variety of equipment including balls, bands, body bars, dumbbells or body weight to build lean muscle. This group class is a great way to learn proper form and function.

 Vinyasa Flow Yoga

This yoga practice involves a series of movements linked together while connected breath with the movement.


Yoga is an ancient practice that promotes health and well-being, improves flexibility, and builds strength.


This experience uses a fusion of Latin and international music to create a dynamic, fun and effective cardio workout.
