ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (Oct. 25, 2010) -Working out does not have to take a lot of time out of the day.  St. Anthony's sports medicine experts will share a new way to increase health and fitness with shorter, more effective exercise routines during "Work Out Smarter, Not Harder," a sports medicine lecture on high level performance testing.
