St. Anthony's Encourages Others To Get Going And Stay Motivated

Sports Medicine Seminar to Focus on How to Start an Exercise Program 

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (December 9, 2011) – Keep your new year’s resolution in 2012 and join Christopher Salud, MD, and Victor Lizardi, certified health personal trainer for an informative health seminar focusing on how to start an exercise program and stay on track. The sports medicine experts will discuss which aerobic, muscular strength and flexibility activities should be included for a well-rounded exercise program and how to avoid common injuries that occur when starting a new exercise plan.

The free health seminar  “Start An Exercise Program: Get Going and Stay Motivated,” will be Wednesday, January 18, 2012, at 5:30 p.m. at St. Anthony’s Outpatient Center (Carillon), meeting rooms A and B. The outpatient center is located at 900 Carillon Parkway, off Ulmerton Road, near Feather Sound in St. Petersburg.
