St. Anthony’s Offering Free Vascular Health Screenings
What: St. Anthony’s Hospital will offer free health screenings in March to bring attention to vascular disease which afflicts millions in the United States. Vascular disease is one of the most frequent causes of death and disability among older Americans.
Screenings will include:
Peripheral arterial disease screening
There also will be Ask-a-Doc sessions in which questions will be answered by one of these St. Anthony’s vascular surgeons: Brett Almond, MD; Paul Collins, MD; and Eugene Murphy, MD. There will be information available on diabetes, cardiac rehab and other St. Anthony’s services.
When and Where: Saturday, March 10, 2012 9 a.m. to Noon
