Suncoast Medical Clinic Welcomes Dr. Jonathan Philips, Sports & Family Medicine Specialist
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., (Aug. 28, 2012) – Jonathan Phillips, MD, is now practicing both sports and family medicine at Suncoast Medical Clinic. Patients, ages five and older, are currently being accepted at his Suncoast office located at 601 Seventh St. S, first floor in St. Petersburg.
Dr. Phillips received his medical degree from the Medical University of the Americas in Charleston, Nevis, West Indies. He served his family medicine residency at Excela Health Latrobe Hospital in Latrobe, PA. His sports medicine residency was completed at the University of South Florida/Morton Plant Mease Residency Program.
Dr. Phillips is also a member of the medical staff at St. Anthony’s Hospital.
Suncoast Medical Clinic and St. Anthony’s Healthcare formalized an affiliation in 2011. The goal of the professional partnership is to provide for better coordination and quality of patient care offered by both medical facilities.
